Aishiteru KL – Two Japanese Michelin-starred chefs talk trend vs tradition

Inspired by Lucky Peach’s Versus Issue, I pitched a traditional Japanese sushi chef against one invested in molecular gastronomy. The said ‘wrestlers’ were: Toshihide Terado of Sushi Azabu KL and Jeff Ramsey of Babe. Arigato gozaimasu to both chefs for indulging me!
